The tool that saved my life this year when I felt like I was holding my breath all day long! This year, I had the chance to work, became a mom for the second time, implemented several personal development tools (including self-hypnosis, I talk about it here), and therapy to find the right balance between personal and family life.
While everything worked well, I realized after a few months that I was doing things automatically without any enjoyment and had this unpleasant feeling of always being underwater.
My therapist advised me to do heart coherence first once a day, and after a week to increase it to twice, then three times. Daily, in the morning, after lunch, and in the evening before bed, I take five minutes of calm with headphones and an app. This time for myself has changed my life and I highly recommend this practice if you tend to stress quickly.
