In the vibrant heart of Paris, a new chapter unfolds for Roger Vivier, the iconic luxury shoe house. At number 98 on rue de l’Université, a majestic private hotel welcomes the teams of this brand with unparalleled craftsmanship, embodying both heritage and innovation.
An Elegant Haven in the Heart of the Left Bank
The new space of 1,400 square meters, which will be inaugurated during the Fashion Week for women on October 2, represents much more than just an office. It symbolizes a pivotal moment in the brand’s evolution, according to the house’s words: “this investment reaffirms our commitment to Paris, linking tradition and modernity through refined architecture and innovative fashion.”
The creative offices, led by the talented Gherardo Felloni, will coexist with salons where the eclectic spirit of Roger Vivier can thrive, welcoming clients and collections. The house’s archives, preserving historical pieces since its founding in 1937, evoke memories of the golden age of luxury, iconic creations, and cinematic moments, such as those immortalized in “Belle de jour” by Luis Buñuel.
“Roger Vivier asserts itself as a Parisian luxury house with global cultural resonance.”
In full expansion, with a network of 90 boutiques worldwide, the brand recorded an impressive turnover of 286.7 million euros for the 2023 fiscal year, illustrating its influence in the fashion landscape. This renewal in Saint-Germain-des-Prés is not just about location, but a celebration of the heritage and future of the house, inviting everyone to rediscover the art of luxury footwear.
