Sometimes it is viewed merely as a surface to clean or \u201ccorrect\u201d with products that can be a bit too chemical, while it functions like a small inner forest, with its inhabitants, cycles, and balances. In short, the skin is an organ with its own functioning. <br>When the microbiome is disturbed, the skin is visibly less beautiful, so it is essential to pause and reconsider one&#8217;s lifestyle rhythm with the goal of restoring the softness that the skin lacks. <br>From now on, we adopt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a minimalist cleansing routine with simple and natural skincare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>comforting and nourishing textures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>biotic active ingredients (prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics) that nourish the skin without overstimulating it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We temporarily stop using exfoliants, strong acids, and weekly peels. Rest assured, stripping your skin won\u2019t make it cleaner. We let the skin breathe and regain its rhythm.
