Not to mention <strong>Selena Gomez<\/strong> who, by speaking about her depression, helped to liberate speech. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The good news is that it is possible to <strong>find emotional balance<\/strong> and inner peace with <strong>very simple tools<\/strong> that you can use daily. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Free and quick, they allow you to <strong>relieve stress quickly<\/strong> and in the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this article, I share with you my favorite tools to feel better, hoping they will be of great help to you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1\/ Cardiac coherence that benefits mental and physical health<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The tool that saved my life this year when I felt like I was holding my breath all day! This year, I was fortunate to work, became a mom for the second time, implemented several personal development tools <a data-old-href=\"https:\/\/www.modalova.fr\/zine\/jai-teste-lautohypnose-booster-lestime-soi\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">(including self-hypnosis, I talk about it here)<\/a> and therapy to find the right balance between personal and family life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While everything worked well, I realized after a few months that I was doing things automatically without enjoying them and had this unpleasant feeling of always being underwater. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My therapist advised me to practice cardiac coherence first once a day and after a week to increase to twice, then three times. I know, at first it was a bit strange and I only half believed what I was saying. This year, I was fortunate to work, became a mom for the second time, implemented several personal development tools <a data-old-href=\"https:\/\/www.modalova.fr\/zine\/jai-teste-lautohypnose-booster-lestime-soi\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">(including self-hypnosis, I talk about it here)<\/a> and therapy to find the right balance between personal and family life. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>While everything worked well, I realized after a few months that I was doing things automatically without enjoying them and had this unpleasant feeling of always being underwater. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>My therapist advised me to practice cardiac coherence first once a day and after a week to increase to twice, then three times. This year, I was fortunate to work, became a mom for the second time, implemented several personal development tools <a data-old-href=\"https:\/\/www.modalova.fr\/zine\/jai-teste-lautohypnose-booster-lestime-soi\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">(including self-hypnosis, I talk about it here)<\/a> and therapy to find the right balance between personal and family life. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>While everything worked well, I realized after a few months that I was doing things automatically without enjoying them and had this unpleasant feeling of always being underwater. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>My therapist advised me to practice cardiac coherence first once a day and after a week to increase to twice, then three times.
