Personally, I have lost count of the resolutions I have never kept: a 100% vegetarian diet, meditating for 10 minutes each morning, turning off my phone after 9 PM&#8230; all of it has resulted in a gradual letting go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But here\u2019s the thing, sometimes we are really motivated and <strong><u>this year, I promise, we will stick to our goals!<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To help you keep your resolutions, I\u2019m sharing the best <strong><u>productivity tips<\/u><\/strong> that bring satisfaction. So, hang in there, and I wish you a very <strong><u>Happy New Year 2024!<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Stick to your resolutions in 21 days<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It takes 21 days for the brain to adopt a new habit. While this period may vary among individuals, it is indeed possible to stick to a resolution by practicing daily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This observation about 21 days was made by plastic surgeon Maxwell Maltz in the 1960s. So, if you have the same goal every year but struggle to keep up, it might be too ambitious.
